£45 upto three storeys and 5 lettings. £4 for each additional letting. Additional detail can be included - with additional cost!

We:
- Administer HMO Licence applications on behalf of landlords or their agents.
- Carryout risk assessments and provide premises file.
- Promote the benefits of becoming an accredited landlord.
- Assess current or proposed use as a HIMO with a view to compliance with local standards and current legal requirements.
- Consider HMO standards, the provision of Amenities and Facilities, Standards of Repair, Fire Precautions and the Housing Health and Safety Rating System.
We are in regular dialogue with a range of local authority officers from Environmental Health and Building Control to Planning, Architecture and the Fire Officer.
Company Director is John Holt, an Environmental Health Officer, and member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. John has twenty years previous enforcement experience and is aware of issues that could be encountered by an investors, landlords or tenants.
HIMO Services is available to all interested parties including:
- Landlords or their agents.
- Tenants - with a view to safeguard their Health, Safety and Welfare.
- Parents - to give piece of mind, a prerequisite inspection prior to their children occupying rooms within a HIMO.
